Passport:

• Passports must be valid for 3 months after the date of departure from New Zealand. All applicants are expected to have a photocopy of the first and last page of their passports.
• Copy of former passports and visas issued.

Application form for Visa:

Photo:

• Two passport size colour photos (3×4 cm, white background)) with three Visiting Cards.
• 60 per cent-80 per cent face coverage, light background and borderless (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm).

Covering-Letter:

Covering Letter from the applicant, including Name, Designation, Passport Number, intent and description, who would be responsible for the full cost of the trip – transport, lodging, expenses, etc. Addressed to the New Zealand High Commission, New Delhi, India. The type of Visa must be indicated on the subject line.

Evidence of employment:

Order of the Government:

This message, generally referred to as the GO Post, acts as a forwarding message to government officials/service holders. It shall be released from the respective government office where the applicant for a visa is stationed. GO Letter shall be duly signed and stamped in accordance with the standard format defined by the government offices, detailing the applicant’s basic details, the intent of the visit, statement of responsibilities/funding, etc.

Verbal Note:

This letter is essentially issued as a letter of support for visas issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the standard format defined by the Ministry, detailing the basic details of the applicant, the intent of the visit, the length of the travel, etc.

Letter of invitation:

Invitation Letter from the Inviting Company/ Family/ Friend in New Zealand with Inviter’s address and phone number.

Financial:

• Original copy of the bank statement (salary)/Personal bank statement for the last 6 months, clearly showing the name of the bank, the bank’s telephone number.
• Employer Company’s Bank Statement for the last 6 months clearly showing the name of the bank, Bank’s Telephone Number. (If the journey is funded by the employer)

Tickets:

Ticket Itinerary as per date of the flight.

Hotel reservations:

Hotel booking by the date of travel
