Student Visa Requirement

This is a simple Malaysia student visa application checklist to study in Malaysia from Bangladesh. Necessary documents depending on the student profile. BICAVS fully supports your visa application.

Passport:

Initial passport valid for a minimum of 6 months (or, if longer, for the validity requested) and having at least 2 pages of blank visas and one copy. Please click here if you wish to have a passport.

Visa Application Form:

A template for a visa application duly completed

Photo Specification:

Two frame-sized photographs must be taken during the last six months at least 35 mm x 45 mm

Covering-Letter:

Cover letter detailing applicant information, passport details, travel details, and specifics on who will bear expenses.

Confirmation of Enrollment:

Letter of acceptance where you plan to study (including Approved Learning Centers, but not limited to),

Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:

A receipt of payment is proof of payment that you made to the organization.

Academic Documents:

Please forward all your academic documents to Embassy / VAC

Financials Means:

Proof of financial resources for the duration of your studies to cover expenses.

Health Assessment:

A recognized medical center must display your medical test report.

Health Insurance:

Evidence of the full duration of research coverage by health insurance.

Birth Certificate:

Police Clearance:

An initial copy of a Certificate of Police Clearance. If you want a Certificate of Police Clearance please click here.
