Business Visa Requirement
This is a simple checklist, according to the designated embassy/visa office for visa documents. To increase the likelihood of a visa request, you can add additional supporting documentation depending on the nature and intent of travel/visa type. Passport:
- Authentic Passport is valid for at least six months after the date of departure and at least two blank pages for the visa stamp.
- a copy of previous passports and visas issued.
- Add all of your old passports (if any).
- If a request for a visa had been rejected, specifics of the original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.
Australia Visa Application Form:
The visa application form must be completed and signed by the applicant.
Classification of photos:
Two recent passport size images with matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80 percent face coverage, white background, and no border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm)
Note: Images should be no longer than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering-Letter:
Letter covering the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, intent, and description which will be responsible for the full cost of the trip – transport, lodging, expenses, etc. Addressed to – Visa Officer, Australian Embassy, Dhaka.
Letter of invitation:
Invitation letter from the Australian host. (If there is any)
Forwarding-Letter:
- Forwarding of the letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead specifying the applicant’s name, title, passport number, intention and length of the visit.
- Visa request letter from the educational institution or student card/proof of school enrollment (if student)
Evidence of employment:
- Certificate of registration of the company (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original) if the applicant is a first-time traveller or owner.
- Office ID card copy & Visiting cards.
Financial services:
- Company or Personal Bank Statement for the last six months specifying explicitly the name of the bank, Bank’s Telephone Number.
- Payslip over the last six months (if any).
Reservation of Ticket & Hotel:
Itinerary Ticket & Hotel Booking.

Family Visit Visa
Family Visa Requirement
This is an essential checklist according to the designated embassy / visa office for visa documents. You may add other supporting documents to increase the chance of granting a visa, based on their nature and purpose of the type of visa. Photo Specification:
Two recent matt or semi-matt pictures of passport size (size: 35 mm x 45 mm) covering 60–80 percent facial, white background, and without border.
Please note that photographs should be scanned / stapled and should not be used in the previous visas for more than three months.
Letter of Invitation:
Letter of invitation to Australian host.
Forwarding-Letter:
- Reporting of the company by letter heading of applicant name, designation, passport number, purpose, and visitor length of the company by the applicant’s company authority.
- Letter of visa application from the school or student card / evidence of enrolment (if student)
Occupancy evidence:
- Certificate of registration of the company, where the applicant is the traveler or the first proprietor if it was not a Notarized Original English and photocopying the original.
- copy and visiting cards of office ID.
Financial services:
- The company’s or the Personal Bank’s Statement, which clearly refers to the bank’s name, for the last six months.
- Last six months’ salary slip (If Any).
