Visit To Netherlands

Are you planning to move to the Netherlands? BICAVS provides several types of Netherlands Visa from Bangladesh like business, diplomatic/official, and tourist visas. Please carefully read all visa requirements.

Business Visa Requirement

Passport:

Original Passport is valid for at least six months after the date of departure and at least two blank pages for the visa stamp.

  • Copy of past passports and visas issued.
  • Connect all of your existing passports (if any).
  • If a request for a visa had been rejected, specifics of the original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.

Application form for the Netherlands Visa:

The visa application form must be completed and signed by the applicant.

Specification of photos:

Two recent passport size images with matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80 percent face coverage, white background, and no border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm)

Note: Images should be no longer than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering-Letter:

Letter covering the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, intent, and description which will be responsible for the full cost of the trip – transport, lodging, expenses, etc. Addressed to – Visa Officer, Netherlands Embassy, Dhaka.

Letter of invitation:

(If there is any)

Forwarding-Letter to:

  • Letter / NOC forwarding from the applicant’s company authority to the company’s letterhead specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, intent, and length of the visit.
  • Visa request letter from the educational institution or student card/proof of school enrolment (if student)

Evidence of employment:

  • Certificate of registration of the company (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original) if the applicant is a first-time traveler or owner.
  • Print and Visiting Card Office ID.

Financial:

  • Company or Personal Bank Statement The name of the bank, Bank’s Telephone Number, has been clearly stated over the last six months.
  • Salary slip for the last six months. (If there is any)

Visa information:

If you want to stay in the Netherlands for up to 90 days, you may require a Schengen visa. As of 1 June 2012, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands no longer issues Schengen visas. Travelers who plan to visit the Netherlands or Belgium for a visit in less than three months can apply for a Schengen visa at the Embassy of Sweden in Dhaka through Sweden Visa Application Center.

 The Swedish Embassy has an appointment system. In order to get an appointment, you are required to visit the following external service provider (not applicable for online applications).

If you cannot or do not want to apply online, you can submit your application documents in person at the Swedish Embassy according to the appointment you have received from the external service provider, VFS (not applicable for online applications). Long term visa (more than 3 months, i.e. work, study) can still be applied for at the Netherlands Embassy in Dhaka.
