Step 1: Short-Term Visa Application

1: Go to the website of the Sweden Visa Application Center in Bangladesh.

2: Select the appropriate Belgium visa category.

3: Download and complete the Belgium online visa application form.

4: Collect the necessary documents, have them translated into English, and notarize them.

5:Download the payment form and prepare it with your documents. You will make the visa payment during your appointment.

6: Submit your documents and biometrics in person at the Sweden Visa Application Center.

7: Pay the visa fee in cash at the NRB bank booth located within the Sweden Visa Application Centre in Dhaka.

Step 2: Long-Term Visa Application
To apply for a long-stay Belgium visa, you need to follow a different procedure, and the required documents will also vary. Here’s a basic guide:

1:Visit the Belgium Visa Application Center, India website. Create an account and complete the online Belgium visa application form.

2:Submit the application online, then print and sign it.

3:Download, complete, and print the online Finland visa application form.

4: Gather the necessary documents, translate them into English if needed, and notarize them.

5:Schedule an appointment through the Belgium Visa Application Center India website.

6:Submit your documents and biometrics in person at the Belgium Visa Application Center.

7:Pay the visa fee in INR at the Visa Application Center.

Wait for the visa decision and then collect your passport.
