Student Visa Requirement

This is a simple New Zealand student visa application checklist to study in New Zealand from Bangladesh. Necessary documents depending on the student profile. BICAVS fully supports your visa application.

Passport:

Initial passport with a validity date at least six months from the start of your planned New Zealand stay. Please click here if you wish to passport.

Visa Application Form:

A visa application form duly completed online

Photo Specification:

Photographs with the frame size must be taken during the last six months at least 35 mm x 45 mm

Covering-Letter:

Cover letter detailing applicant information, passport details, travel details and specifics on who will bear expenses.

Confirmation of Enrollment:

Letter of acceptance where you plan to study (including Approved Learning Centers, but not limited to),

Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:

A receipt of payment is proof of payment that you made to the organization.

Academic Documents:

Please forward all your academic documents to Embassy / VAC

Financials Means:

Proof of financial resources for the duration of your studies to cover expenses.

Health Assessment:

You must determine your recognized medical health from the New Zealand embassy.

Birth Certificate:

An original copy of a Certificate of Registration of Birth. If you want a Certificate of Birth Registration please click here.

Police Clearance:

An initial copy of a Certificate of Police Clearance. If you want a Certificate of Police Clearance please click here.

Online Visa Application: For New Zealand, you can apply online (recommended) and upload all the required documents at their system. Then you need to pay the fee online & submit the application. The total approximate time is 17 to 19 working days (10-12 working days at Embassy + 7 working days for Passport transit).
