This is a simple Poland student visa application checklist who want to study in Poland from Bangladesh. Necessary documents depending on the profile of the student. BICAVS gives you full support for your visa application.
Valid passport (issued within the last 10 years and with a validity of at least 3 months after the scheduled return; passports with front page findings are not acceptable), with at least two empty pages. Please click here if you wish to passport.
A properly signed document to obtain a visa
Photographs in Width and Height 35 mm x 45 mm according to biometric criteria, not older than 6 months.
Applicant covering letter detailing the exact intent and length of stay.
Letter of acceptance from a Polish university
Evidence of payment of the fees for research.
Evidence of the full duration of research coverage by health insurance.
A certificate of health evaluation must be sent to the Embassy.
Please forward all your academic documents to Embassy / VAC
Proof of financial resources for the duration of your studies to cover expenses.

If you have decided where you are going to study, you must show information about the accommodation.
For Schengen “C” and “A” visas Bangladesh nationals residing in that country, planning to travel to Poland, should submit their applications at the Embassy of Sweden in Dhaka:

For Polish National “D” visa, you need to apply in the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi.

An applicant has to get a prior appointment to submit to the Embassy in New Delhi on his own. It is only applicable for Polish National “D” visa; long term visa for a stay over 90 and up to 365 days in Poland. Please note that the national visa allows staying in other Schengen countries for up to 90 days each 180 days. The National visa is usually granted as a multiple entry visa.
